Lansing Community College Data Breach Alert 

If you, your kids, or anyone you know attended, worked at, or did business with Lansing Community College (LCC), please read this!
LCC has officially issued data breach notifications affecting over 174,000 individuals. Hackers gained access to sensitive systems, meaning highly personal information may have been exposed.
 What was exposed?
• Full Names & Addresses
• Dates of Birth
• Social Security Numbers
• Driver’s License details
What you should do right now:
1.    Check your mail/email: Look out for an official breach notification letter from Lansing Community College.
2.    Activate free protection: LCC is offering 24 months of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection through Epiq-Privacy Solutions. Use the activation code in your letter.
3.    Monitor your accounts: Keep a close eye on your bank accounts and credit reports for any unusual activity.
